Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Chief Technology Risk Officer Is Gone

Dallas the Chief Technology Risk Officer has been shown the door. He lasted 18 months at Suntruist. Terrible hire by Clarke. Zero leadership. Zero vision. 100% bad behavior. Hope he takes most of the people he brought in with him. Was he part of the really great talent Bill said he's brought into our company?

He was an absolute ogre - at his previous company, he'd be on video in calls laying down on a bed, walking around and generally spouting b* at everyone. He was a clown, and a former furniture salesman, so not surprised someone found him out finally and didn't take it any further.

Not even a nice guy. He had his circle of "experts" that he brought with him who the majority of bailed out of the bank under his leadership. Bad hire that was way over his head and could not demonstrate simple business acumen.

The guy was a human toad who would just talk over people.

He came for the free cash and left cause they still haven't finished cleaning the old Bob's Bait and Tackle employees out.

Was it because of the Risk exposure to outsourcing and offshoring everything? It's really going to be funny when they figure out that the people hacking them are the same people they offshored to.

We will miss his sports analogies and jokes about getting in trouble with HR.
