Old Worker here. Say what you want. I work all day as the younger generation are on their cell phones all day long watching whatever or doing a second job like real estate. Actually, we have have found that several of the teammates they have added in India have overstated their skill set. We could never figure out what they were actually doing, and the time difference made it so their supervisors kept letting it slide. Turned out at least one was just trying to 'delegate' the work back to teammates because he didn't know how to do it.
