I see under-utilized employees that the company can't even get to work 40-hour week minimums as a motivator for RTO.

I see under-utilized real estate that the company can't unload for 50¢ on the dollar as a motivator for RTO.

“ OP is a lazy id--t...stock is up 23% past 6 months”

Stock has plateaued. It was $22.27 on Sept 15 and closed at $22.53 today. It was undervalued after the lead thing but since Sept it’s basically bounced around between $22 and $23.
