20% of Zeiler Org Surplussed

About 20% of Zeilers org got surplus notices today…he has about 1,000 under his org so that’s roughly 200 people. Not a great day.

You are clueless. The folks moved up to the HQ groups were the weaker workers, they aren't adjusting well, and the markets are still carrying most of the load. If the markets are cut more, the network will go to he-l in no time at all. And god help us all if Ericsson gets their hands on it, they are 100% clueless.

It’s never that high. 7-10% at the highest for an org that large. Usually 3% average when they do these. You would have to have a large group of people with nothing to do to have that large of a cut.
