Seriously, as an employee and a shareholder how do we conduct a vote of no confidence for Hans and other VCG leaders? Clearly we can’t continue the course we’re on with our poor 3rd QTR results. Wall Street keeps telling us there’s a cancer in our body but we continue to ignore it by hoping it will just go away.

As a shareholder you can't do anything about individual employees, only vote on the board.
As an employee you can form a union.
Both options you cannot really accomplish anything on your own. Unfortunately the best thing an individual do is leave, the above options require large scale collective action.
VZ literally have no idea to get out of this ho-e. Great questions today and I was surprised they went live with those. ATT added 700k post paid phone subs. We can only overcharged customers for so long before the customers starts to notice. The network is not has a good as it used to be
