Yeah, I'm for sure sick of the broken everything. They keep asking if we have the tools to do our job. We don't. They gave us a butter kn--e instead of a sc--w driver. But the butter kn--e is plastic and covered in fe--s and what we really needed was a wrench. When a customer asks why this is taking so long. I tell them our executives decided to outsource too much and they decided to reduce head count. It's true. We can't even clock in or out half of the time.

We all know why businesses are leaving Verizon.
Tmobile has way better offers and they don't have to be inside the store for hours to do a sim change.
No accountability from leadership on the earnings call, only excuses. Wake up the competition is doing great, these aren’t all external factors…
