Things seem strange, kickoffs delayed, bonus/ raise info delayed, and leaders seem on edge... I'm guessing the delays were due to ranking employees? I don't know but it seems like layoffs are coming soon... Last year L&D got destroyed in February pay similar to next week's pay. I'm guessing VZ rotates this yearly for cuts, so who or what departments are targeted this year?

De10ach in Miami continues to defy RTO showing up late and leaving early. Lets getbrid of this dou--ebag, nothing works since he was gifted the role
I have a suggestion for people managers - how about you manage your employees even if you’re in a remote center …Since when is it ok to talk and take personal calls all day? What about the customer? What about your co-workers sitting around you listening to your garbage personal life? Why is this tolerated? I’m beyond frustrated and don’t want to go tell anyone in leadership. Lifer - has been with the company a long time and is just LAZY….helping nail the coffin in our center that is in account management. Work is where you come to work ..right?
Go back and look up your BPI , dating back almost 7 years since I have been tracking , it is almost always around the 13th-15th of Feb. Don't buy into the senseless factless rumors
L&D needs more cuts. They are a useless group.
Nothing will be announced to anyone until after the 24th when the annual report is issued. That embargo is set by the SEC, so there is no reason to read anything into it. Bonuses (STI/LTI) and this time around promotions will go to the Managers on or around the 14th Feb for communication to teams. So sit tight and stop listening to rumor control, as they know less than you!
A big storm is developing and it has nothing to do with a cold front
Call center representatives need to be cut.
L&D may be lagging but BDSM is strong
