Help me out here.
There’s 0 communications or info of value in the AM spinoff that was announced months ago. But they have scheduled a “Ask me Anything” open forum Q&A session for the affected businesses ???
Shouldn’t a Q&A session like this be preceded by some communications about what is happening? Or do they just want to get blasted with “WTF” questions in this session?
The spinoff company has no name, no leaders that we know of other than the 3 obvious ones and zero info to those that are affected. Most important, people are leaving in droves over the fears that come from all this uncertainty.
It’s inconceivable how poorly executed this entire process is. How would any employees of value be motivated to stay?

It all depends on what the spun off AM management is selected. It was done well for AdvanSix and that is thriving with happy employees even after ten years. It was done badly for more recent Resideo and Turbo business, which were dooned from start.
Too many directors in supplier readiness org that a new company can trim out.
Being spun off by hineywell is all the reason I need to stay. I hope handpicked Hon leadership comes. They’ll be easy to pick off in a new place. Hoombastic.
Some of the conversations you overhear in the Charlotte office you wonder how the heck we stay afloat!!

they are just rallying the restructuring teams for the walk outs.
Their not clueless.... Their greedy, just like us. They're not saying anything because they CAN"T. Loose lips sink ships!
The comms team is clueless as leadership is too cheap to hire real comms people.
