Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Any word on CUSA in the latest layoffs

I left from another division last year, but spent some time with the CUSA group in CU solutions early on. I'd heard through the grapevine before I'd left that they were getting the same "relocate or leave" by the end of 2022, but I was wondering if they got hit at all by the latest layoffs.

I know it's a tiny sliver of the company, but I was wondering if anybody here still in the belly of the beast knew how they were faring? Morbid curiosity, I guess, but it's where I got my start.

As a aside, I feel really bad for their clients. Small credit unions don't have a ton of core processor options, and CUSA at one point provided core services for for the majority of them (including back office ops in service center, statement printing, etc). End of Year was always a misery for them and their support team, and if most of the vets are gone or in the way out (it took about 18 months to really get up to speed on the entire package), there are a lot of credit unions that are going to straight up meltdown without support for balancing their books, clear and close, taxes, etc.

The CUSA team was not immune to the layoffs.

Because you care about your former clients, empathy, something FB lacks.
