I posted something yesterday that was 100% real, all IMO factual. Thelayoff site decided that it should be taken down. Maybe it was me mentioning the pronoun trainings or the CRT trainings. Perhaps the site moderator felt it cut too close to the bone. Thank you for showing your colors with your censorship.

So when we say "woke is broke" and Verizon leadership should have been more concerned with running the business than trying to make another top 100 irrelevant list and save the world... it will get deleted?
Sometimes the moderator gets a wild hair up their bu-t. They soon realize their job is dependant on constant posts, without them the moderators would be unemployed, simple as that. You are in the driver's seat.

It’s a lightly moderated site with a few simple rules. You can post about anything work-related (factual or not) as long as you aren’t rude to others and follow the standard netiquette.
But one of the rules says “no offtopics”, meaning no racial/ political/ religious/ medical and similar debates.
My two cents, those topics are not only pointless, but also afeast for online trolls. I imagine it would be hard to administer it on anon forum like this one.
