At least we'll be spared DEI training, LOL. According to a study reported on NPR, there are companies that talk diversity, and ones that do diversity. I'd rather be a doer. I've also found it ironic as the only cis-gendered straight white guy on a team, talking to folks none of whom were born speaking the same language about "diversity".

I don’t really care about people’s political affiliations as long as people aren’t selfish about it…
…but it’s just too easy to recognize that Neri’s political affiliations swing to whatever only benefits him. And that’s when I have a problem.
