Relocation to NJ

What’s the expectations for associate who just recently moved to NJ office? Will they ask us to pay back the relocation package?!

Unvested RSUs are just that, unvested, as in gonzo if you are let go.

It's in the agreement. Usually they expect you to be there 2 years. If you voluntarily leave prior to the timeframe you will be on the hook for all or part of the expense.

If Fiserv initiates the separation, you get to keep the relocation money. If you initiate it (or are let go for cause,) you'll have to pay back the pro-rated amount.

Just make sure you actually go into the office every day.

I’m sure you implicitly or explicitly, signed some kind of agreement to make a move like that right? Wouldn’t it be spelled out in that?
