Nobody care's about Nike stock or results. This is an era for social justice. Nike is our vehicle for creating equity and justice in this society by hiring and promoting women.
Onward and upwards ladies HON, AM, TH and MD. Keep on hiring and promoting women.

Keep hiring like you are and keep nike heading downward!
"As Mark Zuckerberg said about Meta and corporate America, an overemphasis on feminine values and energy has permeated the company, leaving it culturally neutered. "
i am pretty sure bringing over most of india culturally neutered america (including europe, canada, and australia)
on another note, is this the same Zuck that purchased the 2020 election for 400 million
he flip flops more than my sandals
@c0+1jhtsgbwa JD was fired but you are right about DH. I do not understand what he or his org are accountable for? It is filled with over paid people with inflated titles.
What are they delivering?
Seems like that whole org is full of tenured bureaucrats with no deliverables and no accountability.
We are in the broke phase of “go woke go broke”
I will agree, competition breeds better results but a lot of this “stuff” I started seeing show up in ‘18-‘19. It seemed like we were afraid to say an idea was bad.
That’s a problem. There is a respectable way to say something is bad but we’re not saying they’re bad ideas.
That right there breeds distrust, “nervousness”, and unsure of our leaders. We need more people to say no and the receiver not be offended. We always walk on eggs shells around here. Especially after ‘18, no one is honest in their performance reviews.
If you don't care about Nike stock you don't own enough Nike stock. And f* social justice, we need to go back to making good sh. And same with Equity, equity is just bringing everyone down to the bottom quintile so feelings don't get hurt. Nike is a business, if you can't handle it go somewhere else. Competition pushes innovation, stop with the kumbaya cr-p.
Stop feeding the trolls with attention
Let me preface by saying I don’t agree with OP or the tone of what they’re saying—it’s clearly just meant to troll and stir up trouble on this site. However, DEI is a complicated topic that affects people in different ways, and questioning how it’s done is long overdue. Calling any criticism of DEI “bigotry” just shuts down real conversations that could make these programs better. Over the last few years it’s become clear that not all DEI programs were rolled out in fair or productive ways that fit their company’s long-term needs. That’s why so many companies are either minimizing their programs or scrapping them entirely. A lot of these initiatives came out during a time of intense public pressure and chaos, but now it’s apparent they’re very difficult to implement and haven’t had all that positive of an impact to company culture or the bottom line, which is what ultimately matters to public corporations.
maybe you can focus on something smaller
like making portland a better place to live
oh, and stop doing Fentanyl
@a8+1jhtsgbwa what I hate is being on a losing team. In my option a big reason for Nike's low performance is because of our focus on DEI instead of MEI.
If I am not mistaken Nike fired JD for his abysmal performance.
JD while weak, as far as I know is male. Weak leadership is across the board yet also agree that too many hires made of leaders with lacking skills to meet a quota has ki-led us.
