I hear RAN people can stay at non hubs, and don’t need to RTO….is it true?

RAN is being forced to RTO 5 days. Fortunately we get to report back to the slums of the offices that haven't been cleaned in years, have to bring our own toilet paper half the time, and offices that aren't fit for humans to work. My office has shared cubes with **** piled high on desks and no workstations, but all cubes are shared.
Market folks are just fine. There are different rules for market vs national.
"Meet me in the lobby at 5 so I can see your d-mb face. I’m the guy in the black jacket."
You gotta guess which market I'm in first. My status got changed to MFTO last week! Bye, Hub Rat!
“They are being left in place. Once the shift is complete to O-RAN they will either be absorbed by Ericsson or chose to work elsewhere.”
O RAN is so far from
Realization it will be years before it’s actually implemented. 2nd Ericsson doesn’t want to nor can they afford to absorb RAN

RAN staff should be coded as RTW.
A lot of people got changed from National, NFTO, to Market, MFTO, and are allowed to work in their local region since they don’t have national responsibilities.

RAN employees are 5 day RTO but they do not need work from a hub. The overwhelming number of RAN are market based and need boots on the ground in the local markets.
RAN folks I know are RTO 5 days. Unsure if they’ll be asked to move but wouldn’t surprise me.
They are several RAN people in the office I currently work (non-hub). RTO 5 days. They don't know if/when they will need to move to a hub.
