That promise is worth the paper it was written on.
I'm sure you supervisors remember this: In the summer of 2023, AT&T, as part of the new RTO policy, provided this "encouraging" promise:
"Our commitment is to provide a great experience when you are at the office. We'll be upgrading technology, facilities, and amenities, as needed, to make our office environment as effective and comfortable as possible. This effort has already begun and will continue to see progress in the coming months."
I have to say I haven't had that "great experience" at the office. How about you?
