RTO finally pushed me to cut ties with T, and it drove me to work relentlessly on finding something else — and it worked out. I feel for everyone still stuck in that situation, especially those who don't have other options right now. But for me, it worked like a miracle, motivating me to find a new job in a way nothing else had before. It seems that, for now, it ended up being a big favor.

It’s God.
No you don't silly
Congrats OP. Waiting on an offer letter myself. Role will be a promotion for me and should be a lot better pay. I’m sure it will be better than here thats for sure. Took a while to find a new role as I was being selective, but they are out there. Companies are starting to hire again.
Thank you! Thats one less surplus to worry about.
This is a win for everyone involved.
Congratulations!!!! So much hate from people in the company. Like really? To people commenting negatively- If you had a better opportunity, you wouldn’t? If your direct report took another opportunity - you wouldn’t be happy for them?
I’m sure some of the exec board(they won’t admit it) would jump to another Fortune 500 if it provided better conditions. T is kinda of laughing stock right now.
You don’t like things at T because you’re on this site or trying to see past the smoke and mirrors. Don’t knock someone else.
Brighter days ahead!

You’re just rubbing it in our face huh
If this was really true, you wouldn’t be here posting. Troll.
