Being pulled for an interview for Vice President role in Tampa, Florida, what is the salary range and\or what's a good salary to get. I have over 10 years of experience in the field.

Wait for a few weeks to accept any offer. There will be lots of pet leaving due to 5 day in-person policy. Then you can command premium for hire. Just lady top brass also tendered resignation effective June. Good luck!
Bro read the room. Why do you want to come in 5 days RTO for low pay? Find something better for your mental and physical health. There’s plenty out there.
Also, ask for 160. Anything less you’re doing yourself a disservice.
You can expect anywhere between 92 to 115k for Risk and control
