Is Humana planning on phasing out the case management department for Careplus? They change their process and the job is becoming toxic. Humana has a reputation of micromanaging. Humana leaders came in like a wrecking ball, and now the employees are miserable. My friend said people are scared to speak up.

There is an initiate to integrate CarePlus more tightly with Humana.
Careplus IS Humana. Don’t think for one minute that CP leadership is autonomous. They sold their livelihood when they couldn’t steer the ship and crashed.
My area is also very toxic.
