No matter what’s going on, workers always seem to end up with the short end of the stick. Even when it seems to have nothing to do with us.

I think benefits will be reduced. Jobs outsourced. 9 blocks enforced. Pay freezes.
That's the first week.
Aero = 80%
Honeywell needs all of us, so I think it is going good for both investors and employees
"I don’t think you guys see the big picture." What BIG PICTURE? Oh, you mean the one where the CEO, BOD, and the SHAREHOLDERS reap massive profits while everyone else gets the shaft! Is that the Big Picture your speaking about? They are are breaking this Conglomerate up to "unlock shareholder value" for themselves, NOT YOU. This will be the 2nd attempt in 10 years to do this and this time I believe it will succeed, but you the individual will not get CAKE..... The CAKE IS A LIE! BACK TO WORK.... ROW!!!!
I don’t think you guys see the big picture. Aerospace will not be bigger than automation.
When they validate the aerospace split off stock price. Pay attention.
Remember 60% of the revenue comes from automation and energy. If they tell the truth that 40% comes from aerospace. Then that should reflect in the stock price.
If it’s $100 or more, maybe it won’t be so bad. However, the stock is $40 a share or under 100. Don’t break out the champagne. Then you’re gonna have to ask yourself how are they gonna get the stock price to go up so shareholders are happy. All I can think of is a merger with another company. Let’s say goodbye to all of our management and aerospace headquarters. place,
When they officially announced the spinoff. Since I’ve never gone through it before. I wonder if the parent company automation. Which accounts for 60% of our revenue. They might tell us that they’re not gonna give us any anymore money.
Then you can guess what’s gonna happen next?
So many questions to be answered before we'll know how it affects us.
Do I have to be in a specific yoga pose while getting the short end of the stick? The thought I might not get to self-identify as a Futureshaper might make me cry. Which company would get custody of the hashtag? Would the other company have visitation rights? Who's going to take care of Accelerator? Will the mother company's new suitor stick around once he finds out how old her products really are? Who gets the 9-block? Or does each company get 4 1/2 blocks? The thought of this happening around engineering week is almost too much to bear.
Like everything else with HON. It will get worse before it gets worse.
@OP
With Honeywell, everything Honeywell does has an everything to do with us. Us that are lower on the scale are easiest to take from. Us lower employees have always been Honeywell's ATM.
