I’m certain the formula to my success would be simple as CEO. I’d keep current CEO around as consultant and ask him what he’d do on every situation….then I’d simply do the opposite. Presto, I’d be best CEO ever!

C suite, VP's, managers, minions - get rid of them if they are unneeded.
