If everyone focused properly on their work, you might not have to worry about any layoffs. Instead, you prefer to speculate. Even if there is a reorganization in a company undergoing restructuring, it doesn’t necessarily mean you will be laid off.

I feel they are unlikely to announce anything while the Nasdaq is open, so any announcement will be before or after. As Krakow Site says, the Coforge thing is real, at least as far as continuing mainframe offload.
Morale is low among those likely to be affected with uncertainty playing a big part of that.

Of course this could be a USA only event. I checked the WARN notice and there is none. But previous layoffs also happened without a WARN notice.

One of my meetings was just rescheduled due to conflict with “Q1 TS Product and Engineering All Hands Meeting” on Feb 11th. Seems like a legit concern.
The all hands is for product and engineering, where all the layoffs and outsourcing are rumored to be.

I have the all hands on Tuesday 11th during the week when the meeting rooms are blocked out. Maybe it's just a happy coincidence.

As per this website: https://stockanalysis.com/stocks/sabr/employees/ there was sliightly more than 6000 of us at the end of 2023 so if 600turns out to be true then its gonna be around 1/10…wishing us all the best though and fingers crossed this is fake news :(

Bah, I worked in England, home of Bureaucracy and India, the nighmarish end point. I've never seen more command economy, do what I mean not what I say,. I'm the boss so I decide nonsense as I've seen in the US. It was shocking to me to see how top down everything is with micromanagement and pointless measuring the rule. Yes Indian bureaucracy is rotten, yes there's a mindset that bumps unwanted decisions into committee, but it meets a perfect home in the US with ideologically driven executives and bean counters.
The problem with people from India is that they come to USA to run away from the rot of the bureaucracy and then promote and support the same rot in USA.
BIG Question- Why do worthless so called ‘Leaders’ who draw massive salaries in DFW have a job at Sabre? Why are incompetent people and teams like Delivery in USA? Bankruptcy is inevitable, the ONLY way to push it further is by eliminating worthless leaders and teams like delivery.
One more step for a once great American company, born and bred, transitioning into an Indian bureaucratic nightmare...
The freeze it's until April as of what we've heard. There KRK requisitions were closed because they've already hired. But in general, there won't be any movements or new hiring until April.

today’s recruitment broadcast in KRK showed no open positions below senior level, even though few weeks ago there were at least several positions for associate/contributor, for helpdesk/tech positions. anyone has any insight to share on this?
Delivery is kicking and screaming to keep its relevance. Leaders are making up BS to sell themselves. In the new model, Delivery team is obsolete.
