Downward spiral continues, Sabre sells a product they do not have their own Company employees to Implement. More signs of Sabre walking away from taking ownership of what they sell. Who's to say that buyer might decide on another org to actually implement solution and negotiate Sabre outsourced implement team out of deal. slippery slope... There's been instances of former employees running profitable businesses of providing outsourced support for implementations.

It is unanimously acknowledged that the Delivery Team is no longer essential. However, leaders like BG, who hold on to their roles despite diminishing relevance, continue to impede progress. Such leadership, focused more on self-preservation than organizational advancement, has significantly contributed to Sabre’s current challenges. Addressing these leadership issues is essential for the company’s long-term success.

In my opinion, the delivery team should be outsourced. The lack of subject matter experts, many of whom have been impacted by layoffs or voluntary separation program has significantly reduced the team’s capacity. Additionally, with the advancements in technology and the implementation of NDC, the current delivery team structure at Sabre appears redundant. Letting go of delivery team would be a good strategic shift towards efficiency and cost reduction.

Yes, this will happen before the end of February. While re-badging to Coforge is happening in GPD, Product is also going to "rebalance" their organization. From what I'm hearing, the reason the Coforge announcement hasn't been made, is they are also considering moving the applicable Product Managers to Coforge.
