“I didn’t work in office 5 days before 2020. We were hybrid and got sht done.”

This entirely. A lot of us were and it made sense. My team was virtual due to the hours and times required, now we have to go in. It has negatively impacted operations as a result.

I’m sick of people saying “going back to the way it was before COVID” … before COVID I was virtual, I’d love to go back to that! This place is so d-mb now.

“Why are people complaining about RTO? We worked in the office before the C Virus. Why don’t we return now? I do not see the issue. I don’t think most were working when WFH! Just my opinion.”

Mostly you don’t see it because you are void of empathy, a narcissist and a pillow princess. Were you aware that the people that worked in the office before covid were in their home state? When 3 day RTO was announced their reporting office location was changed to one thousands of miles away. When some managed to uproot and challenge the mighty ageist T and commute long distance away from their families, T changed the rules again to 5 days RTO to remove all hope for those trying to hold on to their jobs.

Once they start spending money to improve more floors at Dallas/Atlanta there’s no turning back.

RTO is here to stay. Go ask your supervisor.

Um no. The downturn is the reason for RTO. A healthy company could afford to pay severance and lay people off. AT&T is a Pump & Dump for people with stock options just before it folds like a lawn chair.

STOP: Most of us love RTO. You are an outlier.
