I think not. They not only made Mid Market RTO, but also took a 10K base salary cut … the befoolery

I understand the frustration in the OP question. However, did you take a 10% cut when you were allowed to work from home?
If you were always a wfh but are now rto, that info in your post may have gotten some sympathy.

Those not RTO in compliance and and on LAN at location for the duration already previously communicated will loose their existing bonus. You are not getting anything additional.

Bonus is going to su-k because of all the natural disasters and union work stoppage. Raises will be bare minimum of 2-3 percent.

That bonus has already been paid out during COVID when we WFH for two years. It’s time to retroactively earn it now.
