We should be compensated appropriately to adjust for cost of living. Especially if we are commuting and following the stupid rules.

You’ll get the same COLA as you got for bidenflation
What's the punchline?
“ 10k / yr haircut”??
You rich!!
dang, I'm at $90,001.00, no raise for me
If you’re working here in an office and making less than that, you need to get your resume updated and start looking. Tons of other places paying way more for very basic stuff. You are getting hosed.
Why 90 K why not 110 or 115? Let me guess you make under 90 K lol
This is the exact thing I wrote about last week you guys expect raises “just ‘cuz”
Please don’t ever leave this company. You have no idea what the rest of the world looks like. I have friends that have been at jobs for five years and haven’t gotten a raise because they haven’t been promoted.
5x RTO: Gas + wear on your car + commute time, congrats! You just took a personal pay cut! The company did not.
If you make less than 100k a year and you’re still here I don’t know what to tell you. GET OUT!
Ha! Say it louder for those who just took a 10k / yr haircut
Employees around during COVID should be using the additional money saved WFH for two years. That money should have built up interest to cover current additional expenses until T goes back hybrid in a couple years.
T’s idea of a pay raise is to let you keep your job. All the money this year is probably earmarked for all the new DEI hires to cleanse Jeremy of his white guilt.
Let us know how that works out for you.
