Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

These executives must have sad lives

Selling out their integrity and decency, knowingly lying to their USA workforce and treating them horribly day after day and gaslighting them just to get them to quit without severance packages so they can hire cheap offshore labor. The market is too bad for them to get other executive jobs, and they have to keep up with their huge mortgages and Benz/Tesla payments and rich friends. No wonder they yell and lie and look stressed all day. The ones who aren’t sociopaths get ulcers from it, but they do the same horrible things as the sociopaths. These people may have full McMansions but they have empty and rotting souls and they’ve convinced themselves that this is just business.

It’s because corporate executives are all liars. They use their narcissistic personality to work their way up to executive levels. They will say the right answer like “family first” but they don’t mean it. It’s to trick you! That’s the problem with executives. They are all really wolfs hiding in sheep’s clothing. It’s a big problem in society. Executives look at all employees like they are sheep to be sheered.

You don't know how hard it is to be an executive. You need to be very flexible. You have to be able to pat yourself on the back for your perceived accomplishments.

Plus you have to find a way to stay awake during town halls. Staying awake during townhalls is more difficult than you think!

Yes! Wonder how much time they spend with their families, are their kids learning you have to be soulless to succeed
