@ax, as far as I have noticed, any mention of names (apart from c-suite execs or public figures) tends to get nuked, often within minutes, though sometimes it sticks around a bit longer. Judging by the speed at which those posts get nuked, seems more likely that site mods are actively monitoring and scrubbing content for ToS violations, rather than HR having any special ability to remove posts. As for log releases, I agree those could be requested in cases like threats of violence or intellectual property thefts, either by HR or law enforcement, but I reckon those situations are pretty rare.
They’re able to get posts removed that have individuals names tied to them.
There’s also a warning on the site about they try to keep the anonymity but in some case they will release logs to the companies. I imagine the latter is only in cases where violence or intellectual property is at risk.
