Get your resumes together and post. In another 3 years it will be over with. We were told 6 months ago in the south market that DSD was here to stay…overnite, they said that a restructure was coming. The conference call lasted 5 minutes without explanation. We work for LIARS! We are being sold out for lesser pay not to mention bakeries are being dissolved and the work is going to Mexico. Look around, we are being told company surveys are good where 90% of this platform is negative…it is all rigged! Believe it and move on….

been hearing warehouse for the last 10 years blah blah blah. Do you not get it yet? DSD will stay and automated systems will order in the future and be tweaked where needed. just need full timers to throw the orders. pretty simple so do not get all wrapped up in the warehouse discussion
Let’s face it. Reps. Don’t see much added value or support from their DM or RMS. They don’t see ANY value among upper management. Far to many times our managers are at home while Reps. Are busting their butts. We have terrible leadership from the top and it all trickles down. It’s more about politics in mgmt., kissing ru-p, rather than support for the rep. In the field. Who do you think is paying for the salaries of all of our managers and they still don’t value the sales force. A total disconnect between field and management. Everyone in management should have only one motto. “What can we do for you” every single day!
