I firmly believe in the "quiet Quitting" movement. its not quitting, its just not doing Extra and companies are having a hard time dealing with the fact that folks do not want to dedicate their lives to work. I work to Live not Live to work....
I fully agree and this is what I've been doing as well. I'm not doing a bare minimum as some like to misinterpret quiet quitting. I'm working as much as I am paid for. This should be normalized instead of being viewed as an aberration.
