Yet no consideration is taken for office employees, who commute long distances, struggle for parking, or road traffic & weather conditions.
Where as remote employees don’t need to badge in/out and deal with all that hassle.

People are miserable and angry.. young people wake up do not stay here! This is not normal business practices!!! It’s brainwashing with fear! Develop you talent where you will be appreciated and rewarded.. it is not here!
Worst corporate culture ever.
The tactic is less about RTO. The goal was/is to know put some pressure on those in offices to quit versus them having to pay severance packages. So they are making in office unbearable and with so many upset folks are gonna start to quit…… helps their numbers
The company really makes it such a struggle to just show up and work. We shouldn't have to worry about parking and surveillance software
