Still 2 weeks per year of service up to 52 weeks. Under 5 you get 4 weeks

It was changed to you paying them back 1 week pay x your years of service.
The current severance plan is how the BOD and executives sleep at night after displacing so many people. They believe it is fair and their consciences are clean. They aren’t going to reduce it.
you can literally pull it up on the benefits book. additionally, this has been covered multiple times on the site in the last few weeks as well as many more times over the last few years.
