Pathetic! We guarantee you’ll have service?

Guess what John, if a customer doesn’t get service they leave. They don’t need your guarantee. Our competitors have been loading up on Tmobiles network. Are they leaving bc tmobile has a guarantee?

No, it’s bc they have reliable service at a lower cost. It’s called value.

How did ATT give customers more value? By raising its prices!

You literally devalued our product for customers. Way to go!

"69% of customers said they would switch to a provider with a guarantee!"

Who came up with this cr-p? It's so awful. Seeing the stanks smug face on my screensaver when I come back from waiting 15 minutes in line for a toilet makes me want to vomit.

this guarantee is pathetic at best and has no real meaning or cost savings or customer base it's attracting. It has no content, no timeline, no direction. The absolute worst concept or brainwashing I have ever seen.

"What brain trust came up with The Guarantee?"

The same brain trust that bought T Mobile, DTV, & Time Warner.

And now every mgmt employee must take a course to learn what the word guarantee means. Can’t wait to waste time on that, instead of actually doing my job.

How embarrassing that he had to issue a "guarantee" ... should have been expected as part of paying for a service. What an absolute joke of a CEO.

It’s not a guarantee. A guarantee implies money back if you’re not satisfied. It’s just words

Loves the part where they boast about 66% of customer care issues being resolved with the first contact. Is that really a passing grade? Is the bar that low?

What brain trust came up with The Guarantee? I bet they are all patting themselves on the back, “look what we did!” Uh, hello? Shouldn’t it be implied when you but something, the company backs it up?? How is this some bold new concept? What am I missing?

Someone referred to it as “bold”? What? Giving a customer what they paid for is expected, not “bold”. Though maybe it was meant ironically 😂
