When I remember the times when employees could be proud of the fact that they work here and compare that with what is happening in the company now, I can't help but feel nostalgic. Fiserv could be a case study of how to destroy a company. Those who have been around longer, I think they will agree that today's Fiserv has almost no resemblance to the company it used to be?

It's not about mourning the company that was. Things change.
It is about mourning the cr-p pile that FB has made of it. It's not a place you can be proud of.
OfD and OFS are still so separate in so many ways….people just get frustrated when trying to find assistance..now with more people out..you just have to give up
I was hired two years before the takeover. Immediately after you could feel the difference and good people started to leave. They hired replacements but they were never at the same level of the ones lost.
nothing to be proud of these days at Fiserv. I feel bad for the clients who have contracts with us under the Frank era. Such a sad broken place.
