No such thing as a good employee at Frankserv. Anyone is dispensable when it comes to making Frank's wallet fatter.
Went through the layoffs in November, making the hard worker work harder. Now the policy is in writing - not like the covid shot BS. But gotta follow the policy if you want to keep your job- even if you think your not expendable. Or be lucky to keep your job, but not be eligible for your merit/bonus....

Severance.
Are they being laid off with severance? Or fired "with cause"?
Now that the CO has policies printed out in a doc, anyone fails to comply are toast. I sort of like it because I always exceed the requirement. For those higher grades, but work less and fail to show, not so much.
Those names were below the line on the badge report or sapience report.
Doesn't matter if the report is accurate, only that the names were below the line.
