You can’t keep a human collective in the state we've been in for the past couple of years without ending up with zero morale and motivation. Whatever the C-suite has been doing—or planning to do—they've been approaching it like they're playing with objects, not managing human beings. They shouldn't be surprised when there's no efficiency or productivity in the end. And yet, they can’t lay us all off at once. They're nothing but failures.
