Big shake up especially in LSG. Lots of leadership changes and restructuring. Whole teams gutted and a lot of people who have been working there for 10-30yrs laid off in this round. Big shift to countries with cheaper labor. So much historical knowledge lost and ability to be close to your product. So much for "making quality personal"...the Thermo ship is really starting to feel like it's sinking.
