I follow many Fiserv senior leaders on LinkedIn and I find it comical on how out of touch they are with what’s going on at their own firm. They are reflecting 2024 in their posts and no mention of the mass layoffs they’ve done or the fact they want us in 9 hours for 5 days. Some are giving inspirational quotes on how to be better for yourself, company and team or giving book recommendations. What a F*&King Joke!!

LinkedIn - a cesspool of brown nosers, self promoters, “influences” whose egos are out of control, sad humans who talk about nothing but work, false flatterers, users, “open to work” desperadoes and those trying to forge “relationships” that will only work one way (benefit them).
It is nauseating. Best thing I ever did was delete that app.
Like they made this a successful company without the work of associates… and just saying thank you is Not enough! Now it’s a prison atmosphere…really has gotten worse! And you can bet they won’t come through with decent raises…..they are comparing your in office hours as part of your rankings in raises.. absolutely pathetic..
