@13b+1jh3amfjz: people who aren’t afraid to be informed. I guess there are those that enjoy ignorance, so there’s that. I guess those people wouldn’t pay.
Who pays for Oregon Live?!
From the article: "N_ H_ G_, Nike’s chief marketing officer, and the final Starfish organizer to handle the surveys before the company received them...”
Well isn't that interesting.
Something is a miss here... this is systemic issue ,going on for years and no one wants to do anything to fix this mess.
Code of ethics is like the kool-aid only for non-leadership employees.
do the damn right thing, do something right
act like an owner is not equal to act like a king/queen and treat others like peasants.
6 years in discovery doc? Nike has been displaying the internal mis-handlings in public.
The details of the lawsuit are bad enough , and add to that the delay tactics.
Let us not forget current ELT were all there during the starfish period including our new CEO and new HR leader. No one can plead ignorance. 3/30/300 surveys do not matter - the issues should not have been tolerated.
Nike is finished, the starfish surveys will be the revealed.
Does it matter? Still they are protected.
Of the 22 execs listed, how many do you think are still at Nike?
