If you work in the Middle Office or Back Office and are expecting a decent bonus, you are d-mb. If you work in operations, support roles, CSRs and expect a decent bonus you are d-mb. If you work a job that AI can replace, and expect a decent bonus, you are d-mb. IF your job benefits you by going back into the office, and you expect a decent bonus, then you are d-mb. No you will not get promoted. Yes AI will take your job in the coming future. I don't really know what else to tell you. You worked day and night for 0-10%? If you said yes, then you deserved to be layed off, D-mbA.

Unlike Goldman Sachs, where bonuses typically amount to around 30%, we receive only half that amount.

Do you really think there will be a decent bonus after laying off so many people last year? I think you are dreaming my friend.

The bonus generally ranges from 10% to 35% and is distributed by the end of January. For those at level 603 and above, the bonus typically averages around 20%+. I suspect this year will be the same.
