Those people won’t be here next year after the RTO hunger games are finished. Stankey’s game of attrition by devaluing employees, their contributions and their mental health. Time to move on, this company has too much stank on it to continue. DEI and nepotism at it’s worse.

Someone with 4 degrees that is promoted based on merit not DEI, goof. You shot your own comment in the foot. When the company was Trumpeting DEI hiring and promoting based on identity and race it never mentioned merit like someone that had multiple degrees. S-x and race should never be part of the criteria for hiring and promoting the best person for the job.
I can’t get a promotion so it must be DEI. The person with 4 degrees must be a DEI hire! DEI must be the reason nobody can be promoted. Lol!
