Most of those in the layoff list are in their 30s & 40s, you’ll rarely find anyone who’s in the 50s & 60s age range.

I don't know if I would agree with that. It's pretty rare someone actually gets to retire from fiserv from what I've seen.
Not sure what department you're in but I saw it was the opposite. Very young and very old, not as much middle aged layoffs.
I have a federal Older Workers Benefict Protection Act document which Fiserv was required to share with me as part of my being laid off, listing some 1,800 affected in November, which refutes your assertion (numerous older employees, including myself).
They let many go last year that were in their 50's and 60's. A number of us were only a year or two from retirement.
It was across the board
Didn't have a problem kicking out several 50 and 60 yr Olds in Phx. I don't think they care about age. Has more to do with geographic location
That’s because the data used (sapience & RTO) to do the most recent layoffs works against those in their 30s and 40’s. They have families that require pickup, drop off, school events, sports and small children. The narcissistic management tier lies about family values. They’d rather have you keel over dead in your office chair and not bat an eyelash.
