Doubt it. VZ likely will wait till after seeing where the wind blows after new US president takes office. Also, typical layoff time is May and October@VZ, give or take a month.

The company did not get the amount they wanted for the VSP. Certain regions did have more than they wanted however overall they still want another 5 %
