I will live with 9 hour days ad badge swipe reports and sapience. BUT I will be a slug. No longer will I care about quality, finishing something at the end of the day, checking emails after hours or even thinking about this dumpster fire after hours. Yes, and I will tell myself this is temporary until I find something at a company that really does care about employees. I apologize to our clients…BUT take it up with the C-Suite and start demanding better!

Precisely. We’ve been given more work due to the layoffs/limited staffing and expected to work over our 8-9 hours. I log off, leaving it to tomorrow. Not working a minute over.
Well we all should be aware that
the reviews have been submitted and they are comparing in office hours to finalize the ratings/rankings…you could work your tail off all year and probably will still be rated meeting standards with little hope if a 2% raise..people feel defeated with not much to hope for.

Our clients are satisfied because we are working out of an office. It is the only concern that they had. At least according to senior management.

Yep. Pretty much! Gone are the days when I'd put in the necessary time to get the job done well. I was willing to do it because I figured I could take the next day or so to recover. Now, they're getting their 9 hours and nothing more. Goodbye.
The c suite has really done it now! Taken away any pride the employees had away and instilled in deference in everyone (well at least all of us underpaid and unappreciated that do not get decent increases who are watched every minute of the day…
