We're hearing it, too, in Credit/Risk.
What management has been doing is continually cutting back and expecting you to pick up the slack. From one perspective, what they have been doing has been working as there are certain people who will work themselves to the bone to keep customers happy.
If what FB says is to be believed (yeah, that's asking a lot) customers, at Fiserv Forum, are just delighted at the service they are getting.
So shareholders are happy, customers are happy, mgt is happy at their increased compensation - all on the backs of employees who are losing out on all fronts.
Long story short, until employees reclaim their work-life-balance, this will never change.
