Honestly, taking into account how this company is managed, I am sometimes really surprised that the situation here is not even worse. I think I'm not the only one? There are still many talented employees here, we still haven't hit the rock bottom, but it's dangerously close.

I left in the spring, and have seen nothing but down, down, down for this company. rocky roads ahead. dust off the resume and prepare for your next adventure. better do it now before you get let go. there is life outside of verizon. believe it or not
Notice that the Pulse survey is due right before the layoff
There are really not talented employees left here. We have union lifers, desperate boomers and the leftovers that didn't get the VSP. The company is spiraling into oblivion. The worst is yet to come, and it is well deserved.
Hans had made a commitment to the BoD to save 5 billion over the next 12 months. Good luck thinking it’s not worse. Chopping block on 10.27 right after quarterly earnings and then again in February 2023.
It’s terrible in the former Valhalla supposedly. Management has got the members hating each other based on culture, race, or religion. I wouldn’t want to be there no matter what you offered me.
@rmf+1jgotBcc what org? The situation has deteriorated from everyone I talked to in the big orgs of VCG.
Yeah, what zone is that? Do you have any open headcount?
I must work in a special section of VZ because everyone on my team loves what we do and our exec team is extremely supportive. I've been here a decade and plan on retiring here if it's left up to me. I have zero complaints about compensation or recognition.
