When will they fix TracFone rewards for referrals? I contacted WNBC tv station help segment called Better Get Baquero cause TracFone won't help me. The station is coming to my home on Monday to film a segment. I am entitled to 18000 rewards points for multiple referrals. I can't wait for them to stick a camera in the executives faces to embarrass them for ripping off customers.

Tracfone in itself is one of the d-mbest acquisitions of all time. RD, former executive forced this acquisition, paying ~$328 per pre paid subscriber. Then over 2M of the subscribers ported out of Tracfone. A short time following the acquisition, VZ decides a great idea to roll out Visible, a pre paid business offering $25 monthly plans. So, if you take the $328 per subscriber divided by the $25 monthly plan, it will take 13 months to break even on just the acquisition costs. Id--ts.
Moving to the new building presents an excellent opportunity to refresh the team, bring in new talent, and foster stronger, more effective leadership.
He has done a lot of damage to the Value segment in general. TOTAL will never scale due to some bad ddcisions he approved on the architecture side.
Clean the Miami IT department, you dont even need a separate value IT , consolidate it into NJ and delegate some to cognizant which is already taking over.

Verzion Value Segment IT is the reason customer are exiting like a stampede, basic features do not work, it has never been that bad, but under the existing leadership, they have completely lost control.
Tracfone IT is a joke that’s why. Port your number elsewhere and just take the loss on the points not worth your time because it will not get fixed

In agreement systems need to work, IT is to blame, leadership there is mediocre at best. Please clean up that mess

OP here. They told me their NBC station in Miami investigative team called channel 6 on your side will ambush the TracFone office with questions why customers are getting ripped off.
