Everyone has choices in life, at any time you could do one of the following.
1: Contact the individual you have an issue with and explain issues you may have with the rules of his/her department.
**Not possible without retaliation at this company. Yes, that DOES occur. As a result people are afraid to confront leadership, which is really, really wrong. Why do you think this site allows people to be anonymous? I see you also took advantage of that option.

2: Polish up your resume and start networking, wasting all this energy attacking people is only holding you back. Start holding yourself accountable for your situations at your workplace.
**The first sentence is a given, thanks capt’n obvious. The rest of this makes NO sense at all. There is nothing wrong with people being able to vent without repercussions. How the h#!! is ANYONE at this company able to hold themselves "accountable" when their situation is CREATED by management, outside of employee control?!?! MOST of management doesn’t even acknowledge the meaning of the word unless it’s an excuse to terminate??!! You probably felt really stupid proofreading AFTER posting this instead of before... You do proofread what you publish, right?

3: Quiet quit, stop doing your job, be nice but just stop doing the extras. The company will lay you off, you will receive a small severance package and be able to collect unemployment while you search for the perfect job.
**In place of trying to resolve and give words of encouragement you give negative advice for destruction. A good leader should move people toward improvement within the situation… not push them away and sweep things under the rug. You are no "leader" given the meaning of the word. At least I hope you aren’t.

4: Quit and except the outcome, employees do it all the time.
Make a New Year resolution that you will not become a keyboard te------t and actually post things with real content and sign your name to the post. Attacking people’s families and using vile words makes you look like a Democrat. (If you are a Democrat, I am sorry for you and remember Trump is your daddy now) The real coward is you, hiding behind your keyboard complaining on a platform that allows you to be anonymous makes you that person.

Having just exited Fiserv after 9 years I can honestly state all written above is 100 percent on target. Fiserv has morphed into what their purchaser, First Data, was at the time of their buyout. Upper management working full time to take away any remaining perks their employees still have left. It truly is an axis of evil starting from the top. Wonderful coworkers with bottom of the barrel, unskilled and untrained managers..

Chris is a true POS. Amazing how some VPs under him are ok to work from home full time. But not good enough for us peasants
