Even if I can’t find a job that pays as much or better, I’m ready to move on. Being stuck here for nearly a decade has taken its toll on me, and getting out is my New Year’s resolution. I imagine I’m not alone in this - there must be plenty of us who are making a similar vow tonight.

Hoping I get displaced this year. But if not I will be retiring. 45 years is long enough. Things have changed so much in just the last 2 years, and not for the better.

This year is dedicated to upskilling so I can get a new job, quit WF, and leave a gaping hole in my team for the out of touch management to deal with.
