This happened at FDC in 2015. We fired hundreds of “owner associates” that couldn’t or wouldn’t RTO. I’m former FDC HR fired personally by Frank. I wear that as a badge of honor. There is no culture under Frank. Everyone other than his chosen few is better off elsewhere. If you haven’t been RIFd you should be looking it’s for your own sanity.

Management was definitely told not to comment on the layoffs. Nothing said during team meetings; like the folks let go on our team never existed. Very sad…
He’s like Jim Jones…but very vocal… nothing subliminal about him…but he’ll be all slicked up and polished for earnings release…and mgrs and above are told to not discuss names of those impacted…keep following this site for the truth
