Manager just told us that if we’re 100% complete by Friday, we’re getting lunch on him/her. Last lunch as a team before 27th I guess.

They put so much merit in those surveys while most people don't trust them because they think their names are attached to the responses. Who knows if they are or aren't.
Guess that's why. Hans just said there will be layoffs. They wanted the survey complete before he mentioned it on the employee webcast
I wrote "why do i continue to do these surveys about how bad the company is run and all you do is blame my store management, people hate being here because of the policy's of upper management and in fact month after month things get worse and worse, but it's never the policy or decision makers fault, it somehow is a store managers fault".
I always complain about my GM and nothing ever happens matter of fact he is like the Lil BTCH of our district here in Miami.
Either I’m not doing it or Im going to put something like “Completing this survey and the ratings selected were only done to avoid Verizon puninshing my manager” since that is the only reason I ever filled them in with good ratings.
